Which Database applications do you support?

How do I transfer my domain to your servers?
Simply contact the company you registered your domain through and tell them to change your name servers to: ns1.iversit.com and ns2.iversit.com

Do you allow adult content?
No. And we will decide what constitutes adult content. Sorry.

Do you allow mp3s or other types of digital music?
MP3s are allowed if, and only if, you possess the copyright to the MP3. REAL media is also allowed and encouraged.

Do you allow command line access?
We currently do not allow command line/telnet/shell access.

What can I expect from your Customer Service/Support department?
Typically you will receive a response within an hour. Our support staff is very friendly and knowlegable and willing to help you above and beyond what most other companies offer.

What if I do not have a Credit Card?
In such a circumstance, we allow you to mail payment via money order, certified check, or via PayPal. We ask that you pay for at least 3 months at a time when doing so.

Ok, I like your company, but you do not offer a plan that fits my needs, what can I do?
Please email our sales department at: sales@iversit.com and let us know what you require. We will respond to you with a proposal as soon as we can.

Will I have my own Control Panel?
Yes. You can add users, change passwords, as well as perform a host of other useful operations from your own control panel.

What types of Statistical packages do you offer?
We currently offer AWStats, Webalizer, Analog, and Raw Log access.
