Customer Support Representative
Our customer support
representatives are comfortable talking to and building
working relationships with our customers. It is imperative
that each of our customers maintain the proper perception
of iVersit. Our support team acts as ambassadors of
good will to ensure the proper perception is maintained.
Prospective customer support representatives should
possess the following:
- Extensive knowledge of CPanel 6
- Knowledge of the Cobalt RaQ Control Panel
- Good written and verbal
communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience
in the web hosting industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience
with customer support
- Working knowledge of the
Linux operating system

are compensated in various levels which are discussed

Linux System Administrator
Linux administrators can expect to perform system
updates, add/modify rulesets, create shell scripts
to automate tasks, troubleshoot various issues, and
be expected to maintain overall server stability and
continuity over several platforms and machines. Linux
administrators should possess the following:
- Extensive knowledge of CPanel 6
- Working knowledge of the Cobalt RaQ Control Panel
- Good written and verbal
communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience
in the web hosting industry
- Minimum of 3 years experience
with Redhat Linux
- Expert knowledge of SMTP, DNS, Apache, and MySQL
- Extensive knowledge of the TCP/IP suite
- Knowledge of usable security practices and guidelines
- Good documentation habits
- SSCP, CISSP, RHCT, and/or RHCE a definite plus.
